Getting started
- Open Business Settings and enter fuel prices, loaded labor, overhead and pricing preferences.
- Configure reusable equipment profiles: type, productivity, owned/rented status, fuel consumption, maintenance and rental billing.
- Create an estimate, add measured service areas, choose equipment, and review time and cost assumptions.
- Save the estimate locally or use Export / Share for PDF, Excel, Word or CSV.
Mowing and grass handling
Add measured mowing areas, then choose equipment for each. Select trimmer and edger profiles and enter their work minutes. Mulching leaves grass on site. Collection applies your time allowance and removal/disposal charges.
Why did changing Settings not change an old estimate?
Saved estimates retain copies of their equipment, materials and business settings. Choose a library item again to load its current rates into the estimate.
How are rentals and profit calculated?
Rental use is combined for areas using the same equipment profile. Daily and weekly charges round up according to your configured hours per billing unit and minimum. Adjust for calendar possession or shared rentals. Margin and markup use different formulas; review the selected method and minimum charge before quoting.
Where are my saved estimates?
Open Saved Estimates from Home. Data is stored on this device. The app has no account or developer-operated cloud sync. Export important records before removing the app.
Do I need internet?
Estimating, settings, local saving and export generation work offline. Opening this website, emailing support or sharing through online services may require internet access.
Estimate accuracy
Presets are editable planning assumptions. Confirm measurements, productivity, material application requirements, operating expenses and service terms before quoting. Crew count increases labor cost; it does not automatically speed up sequential tasks.
