This policy covers the Kickball All-Stars iPhone and iPad app developed by Chris Solomon / MidwestCMD.

Data collection

Kickball All-Stars does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay data, device identifiers, or location to the developer. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or an account system.

Local game data

Team settings, audio preferences, career progress, coins, and unlocked balls are stored locally using Apple’s app storage. This data is used to run the game and remember your choices. The app does not send these saves to a developer-operated server or offer in-app cloud synchronization. Apple device backups may include app data according to your device settings.

Purchases and advertising

The app contains no ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Apple handles the initial App Store purchase under its own privacy policy. The developer does not receive your payment card information.

Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from children or other users. It has no chat, user-generated content, or online social features.

External links and support

Audio credits may link to third-party websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send and use them to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive information. This app policy does not describe the hosting provider’s handling of visits to the MidwestCMD website.

Deleting local data

Deleting the app removes its local data from the device. Device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings.
